H&S Management, Inc. is a Fresno-based property management company managing a private real estate portfolio. Incorporated in 2010 by Gilda Barrett and Kimberly Stillmaker, a mother-daughter team, H&S Management Inc. builds upon a family legacy of property management dating back over five decades. Gilda's father, Robert Papazian, was a building contractor and real estate developer in Fresno and built many of the properties that are currently managed by H&S Management, Inc. We are committed to maintaining our properties to the highest standards and providing our tenants with top quality customer service. H&S Management is a small company with a family feel, in which each and every member of our team plays a valuable role in our company’s success.
Meet Our Team
Gilda Papazian, President
Gilda transitioned from a career as a registered nurse to property management in 2006, taking over leadership of her father’s property management company. Her management and leadership experience as a nurse prepared her well for this position. She brought with her well developed skills in assessment, analysis, plan development, prioritization, and scheduling. As President, Gilda oversees all operations of the company. She is very proud of the team spirit and dedication that all of the H & S Management, Inc. employees bring to work with them every day!

Kimberly Stillmaker, Vice President & CFO
Kimberly began working in property management in 2004 as her grandfather's apprentice. She has a diverse educational background with a PhD in Structural Engineering from UC Davis and an M.B.A. from the Craig School of Business at Fresno State. Additionally, she holds a Real Estate Broker's Licence 2011 (DRE Lic. #01902094). As CFO, Kimberly oversees all of H&S Management, Inc.'s financial operations and property accounting.
Kimberly began working in property management in 2004 as her grandfather's apprentice. Edward Vance, Maintenance Technician
Edward joined H&S Management, Inc.'s maintenance team in November of 2014. He enjoys fixing things and likes to stay busy with projects. He is always happy to assist tenants with repair requests. He is skilled at working with his hands, especially in the areas of painting, texturing, acustic work, lath and plaster, and pool plastering. He has a diverse range of experience including working with plumbing, welding, electrical, framing, finish woodwork, water damage remediation, roof repairs, and as a mechanic at a tire shop.
